Where are you based? We have a treatment room on Sidcup Road, New Eltham, SE9. We also travel to your home or work place.
What times are you open? Osteopath - Mondays between 3pm - 9pm
Other treatments - Wednesday 11am-3pm - Friday 10am-9pm - Saturday and Sunday 11am - 6pm
Tuesdays/Thursday - Closed
How early do I need to arrive for my treatment? We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to complete applicable health forms and relax. If you are late we will endeavour to accommodate you but can not promise your full treatment time. Treatment timings: All times quoted include treatment,preparation and consultation. Please be aware that some treatments include a different length consultation/preparation time particularly on your first visit.
What about the cancellation Policy? We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule appointment times however, as our treatments are reserved especially for you with one of our therapists and to avoid disappointment to other clients, we require 48 hours notice directly with the Manager otherwise.
Are there any medical conditions that may inhibit me from having treatments? All treatments are carried out subject to a health questionnaire. Certain health conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments. If you have any concerns then please check with us when making your appointment (and where applicable your doctor) these include heart conditions, pregnancy, respiratory problems, recent surgery, diabetes/epilepsy, metal pins/plates, skin disorders, pacemakers or high/low blood pressure.

If there is no answer please do leave a message with your name, number, treatment you would like and your prefered day/time. We advise that you make your reservations in advance to ensure availability and to avoid disappointment. Can I request a specific therapist? Where possible we will always try to accommodate specific requests. Please make sure that you make your request known when booking your treatment time.
What if I am uncomfortable during a treatment? Please ensure that you inform your therapist if you are too cold/hot, if your position is uncomfortable or the therapist's pressure is not enjoyable. We will endeavour to adjust or change the technique to suit your needs.
Staff at Oh So Lovely - Our team members have the right to leave appointments should they feel awkward or uncomfortable in anyway. We take our professionalism seriously, our team members always endeavour to arrive promptly at the appointed time. In the unlikely event that a team member is late for an appointment or unable to attend at short notice, we will contact you as soon as possible and will make new arrangements.
What should I bring to enjoy my experience? You don't need to bring anything to your treatment. Towels will be at your disposal as well as an assortment of amenities to provide you with everything that you could possibly desire. What should I wear? As we strongly feel it is important for you to feel comfortable, your therapist will provide disposable underwear during appropriate treatments such as Tanning Treatments or Body Wraps. If you are comfortable with nudity you do not have to wear them however, please let your therapist know. During treatments your therapist will ensure that all private parts of your body are covered at all times therefore you are free to keep on or leave off underwear as you desire.
Post Treatment - What next? We believe that since the effects of a single treatment will only last a short time, it is our professional responsibility to advise on further treatments and products to be used at home, as well as advise on what to do immediately after your treatment. Some treatments may have specific effects and therefore may require specific information.
Courses of treatments - Courses are available on selected treatments only. These are at a reduced rate of 15% or otherwise stated at the Studio or on our website. Courses need to be paid in full upon the first treatment and can not be back dated.
Specific information regarding specific treatments - Do not have any heat treatments directly before or after Waxing, using the Sun bed/tanning capsules or any of our facial treatments. This includes sauna, steamroom, swimming and excessive working out. Please bring open toed shoes to wear after a Pedicure Please wear dark, loose clothing after a St Tropez Tanning treatment,
